Method
- Step 1: Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter, press into the pan, and chill for 20 mins.
- Step 2: Melt 150g white chocolate. Fold it into 200ml whipped cream with gelatin. Pour over the base and chill.
- Step 3: Mix Matcha powder with warm milk. Fold it into 100g melted white chocolate and 200ml whipped cream.
- Step 4: Pour the Matcha layer on top and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
