Method
- Bake the Base: Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking powder with milk and oil. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes and cut into rectangles.
- Make Mousse: Melt dark chocolate and fold it gently into whipped cream until fluffy.
- Layering: Place a cake slice in a mold, add a thick layer of mousse, and repeat.
- Freeze: Keep the cake in the freezer for at least 6 hours until it is firm.
- Glaze: Melt chocolate with fresh cream and pour it over the frozen cake for a shiny finish
