Soft & Zesty Eggless Lemon Lime Cupcakes 🍋🧁

Ingredients:

  • ​1.5 Cups All-purpose flour (Maida)
  • ​1 Cup Sugar
  • ​1 tsp Baking powder & 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • ​1/2 Cup Yogurt (Curd)
  • ​1/2 Cup Oil
  • ​2 tbsp Lemon juice & 1 tsp Lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. ​Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  2. ​Combine them gently without overmixing.
  3. ​Pour into cupcake liners and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
  4. ​Top with lemon-flavored whipped cream!
