
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Cups All-purpose flour (Maida)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder & 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt (Curd)
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice & 1 tsp Lemon zest
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
- Combine them gently without overmixing.
- Pour into cupcake liners and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Top with lemon-flavored whipped cream!
