- 1 Cup Cold Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
- Whip the cream and sugar until thick.
- Fold in vanilla essence.
- Fill moulds halfway, add strawberry jam, and cover with more mousse.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours and top with a cherry! 🍒
